Maybe it is just me, but I honestly had no idea that “.to” was a valid domain. Anyway, www.bux.to is a website that pays you for viewing advertisements. No you probably will not get rich off of this website unless you have a few hundred referrals. The system is simple: you view a 30 second ad, and they pay you $0.01. On average, about 10 ads will be shown to you daily, meaning you make $0.10 per day or $3 per month. The referral system they have set up is where the real money is. Take a look at the example from their site:

» Your monthly earnings = $63.00
The above example is with 20 referrals, so if you have 40 referrals, you can make $126.00 per month. This may seem like a great idea, however your income depends on the participation of others in the program. From experience, many people will only use a program like this for a day or two and get discouraged due to the lack of referrals they have.
Luckily enough, the website offers to sell you referrals. Thats right, you can pay for 15, 35, 100, or even 500 referrals to earn you money. Again, it would be great for the first day or so, but they only give you new member referrals. There is no guarantee that those 500 people you just paid for will stick with the program for more than a day or two. The price tag on this service is fairly steep in my opinion. 15 people for $16.98, 35 for $34.95, 100 for $98, and 500 for $459.
I think that if you can build up the referrals, then you may very well have a genuine money making opportunity, but the whole system is built around those referrals. If your referrals get tired of the program and stop, then you just lost your profits. It’s a give and take system.
