Proconsumerguides.org is a website that I stumbled upon while searching around on google. When I first went to the site, I immediately started looking for the catch. This website was being advertised on google via google adwords, a PPC (pay per click) advertising service. This means that they are paying every time that someone clicks on an ad to visit proconsumerguides.org.
The fact that they are using PPC advertising means that they must recoup the advertising costs some how… How do they recoup the costs exactly? Proconsumerguides.org is actually a portal site. By portal, I mean that it is a site that will refer you to another website. The other website that it referred me to was http:www.legitonlinejobs.com.
The person who is running proconsumerguides.org is actually selling the product for legitonlinejobs.com, so that they can get a commission for each product sold. You are being sold a “how to make money online” product by someone who is making money online by selling you that product… They are selling the technique under which you will be making money online with if you were to buy the product.
All in all, I would stay away from any such websites. I say this because they are only there to profit from you and you will most likely not make any money at all.
