Six Figure Syndication Review

Many people search the web everyday for ways to make extra money online.  A very small amount of these people actually find something useful and informative.  What the others find are scams, directly or indirectly.  My goal is to help you determine which are scams and which are real.

Six Figure Syndiaction is not a “scam” outright.  However, the people who wrote the program are misleading.  They do not just come out and say how much Six Figure Syndication will cost you.  It is a real estate “syndication” training program.  This means, that for a price, they will attempt to teach you how to share deals with more experienced agents and get in on other agent’s deals.  It seems like a good concept.

The only problem that can be foreseen with this program is the fact that it will be hard to convince “non-members” to let you get in on their gravy train.  If a house closes for $150,000, and they get a 3% commission, why would they share it with you.  Why would you deserve half of $4,500.00 ?

If you can answer this, then you are ready for this program, otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend that you try it.  The program costs $9.95 or $29.95, depending on which shipping method that you choose.  However,  with that initial cost, you get a free month of access to the Six Figure Syndication Insider’s Alliance… after this free month, it costs $97 per month.  Yes, close to $100.

If you don’t have experience in real estate, I wouldn’t recommend trying this…
