When I first started trying to make websites to monetize, I used Blogger to create simple pages to try different advertising and adsense techniques on. I decided to use Blogger because Blogger blogs tend to get indexed by Google fairly quickly. I also like using Blogger because it is completely free; all you need is a Google account.

I have a few blogger blogs still up and running. I don’t really update them because the content is informational and timeless. I make a few dollars with adsense from them here and there. Using blogger is probably the easiest way to make money online for free.

I am going to build a few more niche blogs using blogger and will also try to monetize them with adsense. If you have 20 blogs and get 3 adsense clicks per blog per day, you can be making decent money. Not enough to quit your J.O.B. but enough to treat the Mrs. to a very nice dinner every week. You could probably pay for gas with it too.

The only hard part is to try to come up with topics to post on the blog. Other than that, it is smooth sailing.
