I recently came across safemoneysites.com on Google, in an Adwords advertisement. I would have reviewed the site earlier, but I could have sworn that I already did. affiliate-programs-rock.com is a site that I found being advertised via adwords on Google. The site is apparently ran by a man named Tissa Godavitarne. It is a very plain site with minimal colors.
